    1) Is Competent ...safety and effectively practice medicine and follow protocol with successful outcomes for all patients.
    2) Is Honest...Speaks of what is true according to logic and proof. Straightforward.
    3) Is Respectful ...will listen to others, obey their wishes and accept their position even if I do not agree. Will recommend a different path if it is in the best interest of their health.
    4) Has Integrity ... sticks to belief even when times are tough and other do not agree.
    5) Has Courage ...took a stand against the Covid-19 vaccine and did not back down even after being administratively discharged from the military.
