    Competence: In my work as President of ICNM, I have consistently delivered policies and health strategies that have not only been practical and feasible but have also driven measurable improvements in public health. For example, during the past 15 years, I successfully led the integration of evidence-based practices into public health organisations that improved showing my ability to translate complex data into actionable solutions.
