A Radical Plan for DEA Reform: My Vision to Serve the American People

Hello Everyone,

I believe that the time has come for bold, transformative leadership within the federal government, and I’m ready to rise to the occasion. With a unique skill set and a passion for reform, I would be honored to serve the American people under the Trump Administration in various capacities. My vision spans several agencies, including the Department of Government Efficiency, the Department of Justice, Indian Affairs, and as well as, The DEA.

Today, I’m focusing on my candidacy for a leadership role in the DEA. Here’s why I believe my radical approach is not only necessary but overdue—and how I plan to implement meaningful change.

  1. Ending Cartel Drug and Human Trafficking

We need a swift and decisive end to the influence of cartels through:

Utilizing Armed Forces: Deploying strategic operations both domestically and abroad to dismantle cartel networks.

Negotiating New Trade Deals: Partnering with Central American nations to support local agriculture, reducing dependence on cartel operations.

Regulating Chinese Fentanyl Distribution: Implementing stricter controls on fentanyl imports and holding foreign distributors accountable.

  1. Federal Cannabis Decriminalization

I will advocate for the federal decriminalization of cannabis and ensure nationwide access to high-quality, medical-grade cannabis for patients in need. This approach will reduce unnecessary incarcerations and support alternative treatments.

  1. Amending the “RAVE Act”

Joe Biden’s RAVE Act has inadvertently harmed the electronic music culture. I propose:

Amending Harmful Provisions: To allow for a safer, more productive electronic dance music (EDM) industry.

Promoting Safety in Digital Arts Festivals: By legalizing and mandating organizations like DanceSafe to provide harm reduction services, ensuring safer event environments.

Pushing for Medicinal and Recreational Drug Legalization: For substances proven safe in controlled environments, fostering a healthier relationship between society and these substances.

  1. Real Solutions for Addiction Recovery

I will support legislation that provides effective recovery options for addicts seeking help, moving beyond punitive measures to compassionate, evidence-based care.

  1. Holistic Support for Veterans

Our veterans deserve more than traditional treatments. I will champion alternative, holistic, and spiritual approaches to mental health, addressing issues like PTSD and addiction with compassion and innovation.

  1. Ending 80% of Harmful Illegal Drug Trade

Given the opportunity, I’m confident that within just a few years, my team and I can reduce the illegal, harmful drug trade by at least 80%.

Legislative Reforms: Opening the pharmaceutical industry to offer doctor-prescribed, pharmaceutical-grade medicinal and recreational drugs, reducing the black market’s influence.

Why This Radical Approach is Necessary

The “War on Drugs” has been a decades-long failure, creating more problems than it solves. It’s time to abandon outdated strategies and embrace a new, pragmatic approach that focuses on safety, regulation, and rehabilitation.

I’m ready to lead this charge—and I hope you’ll join me in advocating for a future where the DEA is part of the solution, not the problem. Together, we can build a safer, stronger America.

Thank you for your comprehensive views regarding reforms concerning all that you’ve addressed, including federal legalization of cannibas. To that, I’ve been hopeful for the same together with eliminating employer discrimination as drug testing for cannibas is subject to the very long half-life/biological shelf-life that often rules out competent, qualified candidates.
Additionally, with SAMSHA’s recent (effective Oct. 2024) adjustments for ‘take-home’ meds, it’s appearing some states may not acknowledge or adhere to this flexibility because it will effect profits as in-house dosing pays much more than ‘at-home’ take-homes. Please also consider how to get the high profit margin neutralized so patients lives aren’t grossly interrupted limiting their employable skills or school attendance.
Finally, there are others who can’t benefit from M.A.T. but legitimately would have improved quality of life & functionality if they weren’t denied medicine that they have done well with for years for chronic conditions, without any record of abuse or misuse.
No doubt diet & nutrition has been religiously overlooked also & certainly must be assessed with each & every patient for a physician to prescribe responsibly to be helpful rather than hindering progress or harmful.
Kind regards.

Thank you Lucy for your thoughtful and insightful response.

I completely agree with your points, and I appreciate the depth of understanding you’ve brought to this conversation. I care very much about the issues you have addressed!

  1. Federal Cannabis Legalization & Employment Discrimination

You’re absolutely right about the need to eliminate employer discrimination related to cannabis testing. Many regular cannabis users develop a tolerance to THC, meaning its psychoactive effects become negligible or non-existent. Unlike someone without a tolerance, these individuals can function just as competently, safely, and productively as any non-cannabis user. Current drug testing methods fail to account for this, unfairly disqualifying candidates based solely on past consumption rather than actual impairment. Reforming workplace drug policies to reflect real-time impairment, not residual THC presence, is essential for ensuring fair and equitable employment opportunities.

  1. SAMHSA’s ‘Take-Home’ Medication Adjustments

The recent SAMHSA adjustments are a step in the right direction, but as you’ve pointed out, some states may resist due to financial interests. To prevent this, we need federal oversight and incentives that prioritize patient welfare over profit. By neutralizing the high-profit margins tied to in-house dosing, we can ensure that patients have consistent access to their medication without sacrificing their employment or education opportunities.

  1. Expanding Access Beyond M.A.T.

I completely agree that M.A.T.—or any program or agency—should never interfere with patients who use their medication responsibly. Unfortunately, many individuals who benefit from medications for chronic conditions are denied access due to outdated policies, even when they have a long history of responsible use without any record of misuse. Denying them access is not only harmful but counterproductive. Reform must include a broader, patient-centered approach that considers individual medical histories and proven success with alternative treatments, ensuring care is tailored, not restricted.

  1. The Role of Diet & Nutrition

You’ve raised an essential point about the role of diet and nutrition in patient care. It’s a critical, yet often overlooked, aspect of treatment. Integrating nutritional assessments into routine care will enable physicians to prescribe more responsibly, ensuring that medications complement a patient’s overall health plan rather than hinder progress. This holistic approach could drastically improve long-term outcomes for many.

Thank you again for your thoughtful response. These issues are interconnected, and meaningful reform requires addressing them from multiple angles. Your input strengthens the vision for a system that prioritizes patient welfare, fairness, and practical solutions.

Not sure Jamaican Bobsled teams are permitted in this event, but if your a red blooded, red headed, american, who cares about the perservance of civil liberty. And if you have ever eaten 300+mg of cannabis edibles, climbed a 50’+foot TREE & brought it to the ground while dangling from the rope anchor point you secured,

…than you should definitely edit your profile with your real name, and show your bold, fearless support for America and your best buddy who you know will represent the true Spirit & will of American Liberty!

Thank you for such an affirmative reply. I wanted to add, to the specific matter of in-house dosing vs at-home dosing take-homes payment discrepancy. Payments made on behalf of patients on Medi-Cal/Medicaid, at the higher rate attached to in-house dosing could easily be considered a form of fraud, ripping off a public assistance program, while disrupting said patients daily life wherein they might otherwise channel time & energy to more productive endeavors, hence contributing to community, society & home. To the best of my knowledge, Primary care doctors bill at the same rate whether an appointment is telehealth or in-office. I understand telehealth isn’t exactly like take-homes, however, it’s a comparison as close as I can figure for a springboard in solving this money grab that is not in the patients’ best interest. Perhaps SLIGHTLY increasing take-home payments would be motivation enough for clinics to first negotiate, then comply.

Born Born Again, 1st Nations Tribal Member

                                 ..never a “poor orphan”

From a young age, I was led on a profound quest for truth and justice. Partially raised by an “old timer’ elderly couple affectionately referred to as “Momma Sue & Wayne” one afternoon I was all by myself, thumbing through a Bible an read the words, “God is a Father to The Fatherless.” I think these were the first words I ever read and comprehend. They stuck my little heart deep with Revelation of Our creators heart and nature and I believe it was in that moment I received, “The Spirit of Adoption.”

Today, I clearly see that He has been declaring the entirety of Psalm 68 not only over my life but also over this entire Davidic generation. As we grow up out of from under the striving of leviathan & the manipulations of jezebelic mentalities, we grow UP into The Revelation and Heart of Our Heavenly Father, in the turning of Our hearts to children and children’s hearts to Fathers, Malachi 4:6 we all, move along head first into His glorious, perfect destiny!

My journey growing into a – Theist, began at the age of 12 when I delved into the studies of etymology and eschatology, which led me to explore the complexities of The esortic Cult Mystery Religions. This exploration intensified at 15 when a divine encounter during international travel introduced me to the impactful writings of William Cooper, that ruined me for any chances of having a “life of normalcy.”

Recognizing the limitations imposed by traditional education, I made the bold decision to drop out of school and immerse myself in diverse cultures abroad. This transformative experience solidified my commitment to divine providence and shaped my understanding of my purpose in life. Upon returning, I faced the challenges of family life, navigating the complexities of marriage and parenthood while remaining steadfast in my faith.

My dedication to truth has often placed me at the forefront of social justice initiatives, particularly in combatting the exploitation of vulnerable populations. Through active engagement in communities and social media, I have worked tirelessly to expose injustices, drawing attention to issues such as ritual abuse and the exploitation of women and children. I believe in the calling to be a voice for the voiceless, as highlighted in Proverbs 31:8.

Throughout my journey, I have embraced my identity as a “Sent One” and an “Intercessory Missionary,” finding fulfillment in the finished work of The Cross, & partnering with Holy Spirit for the unfolding of eternal History right here on earth,.
Yet there have been many instances in my life that have inspired me to be a voice for the voiceless, amd care deeply about seeing a array of injustices corrected.
My artistic talents and media influence have allowed me to engage with a broad audience, mobilizing support for critical causes and shining a light on the darker, hidden, nefarious agendas.

I believe that it is quite possible my entire life and many of the strange events that for years have perplexed me, have all been for the exact reason of what is about to unfold next! Amd it’s quite possible I have been specially built and equipped to at minimum assist in such a assignment.
As I seek to serve my community and nation, I am committed to addressing the following priorities:

  1. Confronting Cults Cartels: Investigating and dismantling cult organizations and cartels that exploit individuals and undermine societal values.

  2. Exposing Corruption: Addressing the infiltration of dark cults within government structures and advocating for transparency and accountability.

  3. Restoring Justice: Revitalizing Courts of Equity and the People’s Grand Jury to uphold the rule of law and protect everyone’s unalienable rights.

  4. Supporting Self-Governance:

    • Assisting tribal nations with perfecting their sovereignty.
    • Assisting individuals with self-governance.
  5. Institution of a New Voting System: Implementing a blockchain-based voting system to ensure election integrity and transparency.

  6. Amendment of the RAVE Act:

    • Pushing for a revision of the RAVE Act and advocating for EDM culture-friendly legislation to create safer digital immersion experiences at raves and festivals.
  7. Food and Drug Safety: Outlawing harmful drugs, toxins, and poisons in our food supply, while decriminalizing safe drugs that can be used responsibly.

  8. Hold Media & Big Tech Accountable for any crimes they have committed.

  9. Implementation of technology that gaurds mankind from artificial intelligence malicious programming.

  10. Assist 1st Nations Tribal Nations establishing their Sovereign Nations.

I stand ready to contribute my skills, time, energy, and education to create a safer, more just society. My life experiences have uniquely equipped me to take on these challenges, and I am eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals dedicated to protecting the unalienable rights of all.

Together, we can drive meaningful change and restore hope for a brighter future.

Nominated, Elected, or Exalted to a position of honorable authority, or not, I will likely always work on seeing true liberty & equity come forth, for all people of every nation tounge and tribe.
