Appreciate the kind words and the nomination. So many things to be done! I have been treating vaccine injured patients for decades (yes it has been a problem before COVID but now there are many) who have neurological and musculoskeletal injuries that fall in my scope of practice with a local neurologist and a naturopath. So, one of my proposals is a NIH vaccine injury center of excellence and then have private physician groups make additional centers across the country in conjunction. These vaccine injured people are many and need a multidisciplinary approach and we need to get a center of excellence going. It has been hard even for me to get them all the right treatments. There are newer treatments not being done and research needs to be done. I have 2 clinical trials written up but they are not yet IRB approved here in Delaware and these treatments could save lives so hoping they can be done at the NIH. Additionally, I have policy ideas applicable to the Federal Health agencies, removal of regulatory capture, and other health sector proposals that I have been working on for years. Appreciate the votes! We need to help the vaccine injured get better. We need to get the 1986 law that removed product liability protection for vaccine/biologic makers and the PREP that did same for COVID repealed. We need to remove the regulatory capture. We need to get the COVID VACCINE/BIOLOGICS RECALLED. We can also get the people on the Vaccine advisory committee on the CDC removed and replaced and get the COVID vaccines/biologics recalled.(Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) | ACIP | CDC ) They are currently on the childhood vaccine schedule and are being giving to babies less than one year.
The vaccine injured treatment hits close to home for me. I was vaccine injured as many know in 2012 by the flu vaccine and was very sick for 8 years. I finally found my way back to health and wellness with a wonderful doctor at Hopkins in conjunction with CAM and other things. I know what these people need, and I know what research needs to be done, plus more I don’t know but we need to find out.
