    Dr. Kelly Victory is a residency trained and boarded trauma and emergency specialist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She is an expert in disaster preparedness and response and the medical management of mass casualties. She has an extensive background in public health, having served as Chief Medical Officer providing healthcare services for dozens of Fortune 500 companies, including Continental Airlines, Nissan Automotive, Harrah’s Entertainment, Sprint Wireless, USA Today-Gannet and Scott’s Miracle Gro, as well as federal agencies.

    Dr. Victory is an alumnus of the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, a combined effort of Harvard School of Public Health and the Kennedy School of Government to develop “meta-leaders” for national disaster preparedness and response. She has worked closely with officials from Homeland Security, HHS, FEMA, and multiple branches of the military. In addition, she served as a member of the Leadership Council at Harvard School of Public Health for many years.

    Dr. Kelly is highly qualified and extraordinarily curious about everything in life. She can analyze research and separate the truth from fiction. She would be a true asset in this role.

    Dr Victory is an excellent candidate for this position. Highly qualified, sharp, and not easily intimidated. Dr Victory has shown her ability to think independently and articulate her positions on various topics well. She will listen to other points of view and weigh the evidence for/against topics methodically. She is a true leader!

    Dr Kelly Victory is knowledgeable on 21st century medicine and has the needed skill sets to be our next Surgeon General.
