    1) I am Competent ...in the areas of emotional and physical fitness, having coached many, and running multiple health and fitness facilities.
    2) I am Honest...and authentic to my own voice.
    3) I am Respectful ...and kind to all men and woman...and to animals if can be, such putting insects outside if I find one in my home.
    4) I have Integrity ... and stand up for whats right.
    5) I have Courage ... to stand up for whats right such as opposing the Canadian governments pandemic mandates.
    6) I have a Proven Record...with the men and women that I have helped with physical and emotional fitness over the years.
