    For 18 years I have advocated on behalf of MIs foster/adopted children whose brains have been damaged from prenatal exposure to alcohol (PAE). This exposure leads to many lifelong health issues and social ills.
    PAE has been linked to many mass school shootings.
    We cant MAHA -unless we start prenatally.
    Stop drinking - and make babies.

    1) Is Competent ...50 years of experience caring for foster/adopted kids with FASD. BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
    2) Is Honest...exposed SHAMS many times.
    3) Is Respectful ...have made dissenting my way of life for the last 18 years.
    4) Has Integrity ...Blacklisted for speaking out against fraud
    5) Has Courage ...blown the whistle many times (see above)
    6) Has a Proven Record... stopped $1.8 BILLION of unnecessary tunnel construction
