    Over the past five years, KRMC has engaged in a rigorous legal battle against the FDA, facing significant financial losses, declining patient interest, and dwindling support from partnering doctors wary of the lawsuit’s impact on their practices. While most stem cell providers have capitulated due to the high legal costs, John has persistently taken action to defend KRMC. Recently, he secured a favorable ruling; however, the FDA has filed an appeal, extending the legal conflict and further challenging his mission to keep the network operational. He is ready to fight to Make America Healthy Again!

    To be clear on this point, Cell Surgical Network, Elliot Lander , Mark Berman( deceased) and Sean Berman have been the individuals directly involved with the lawsuit fight with FDA.
    KRMC is a major affiliate partner with CSN and we have been ongoing monthly contributors and supporters of CSN. We are directly negatively affected by FDA. My doctors and I met in person with the Stem Cell Scientists and associate director of FDA in Bethesda , MD, at FDA headquarters .
    FDA has been saber rattling and trying to insert themselves in a place they have no jurisdiction over.
