I began following Mercolas advice after a recommendation from a friend about 16 yrs ago. He’s the reason I started down the health rabbit hole, starting with removing fluoride from our dental hygiene routine. He was informing the public way before most people and I’m forever thankful to him for his bravery in putting it all upfront and online, where it was easily accessible for this millennial to search out. He’s been cancelled and demonized by big Pharma, but continues on still.
I have followed Dr. Mercola for decades. His sharing of his knowledge free on his website has helped me overcome a lot of health issues whereas my conventional doctors wanted to keep me drugged up & unable to do anything. Dr. Mercola is humble and admits his mistakes in his beliefs which I find refreshing. He has stood the test of showing courage during relentless attacks from pharma & the mainstream media, especially during covid.

I have been a follower of Dr. Mercola since the 1990’s.
