  • Department of Commerce
  • Department of Defense
  • Department of The Air Force
  • Department of Transportation
  • National Aeronautics and Space Administration
  • Department of Energy

Organization name(s) and position(s) for which nominator feels nominee is best suited:

Assistant Administrator for NOAA National Environmental Satellite Data and Information Service

Policies which the nominator knows the nominee supports or in which they have expertise:

I fully support all of President Trumps policies, I share Mr. Kennedys vision for how those policies should be implemented, and I am in a unique position to help identify and eliminate corruption and waste at NOAA. During nearly two decades of professional experience as a NOAA/NESDIS affiliate, I focused on the Environmental Data and Information Service mandate 15 CFR 950, and I have an exceptional understanding of the institutional problems within NESDIS that originate in the office of the Assistant Administrator. I am an internationally recognized leader, scientist and expert in the fields of space and atmospheric sciences. I also share Mr. Kennedy’s interest in weather and climate modification, and I have a plan to use my extensive expertise to address this important topic in collaboration with the MAHA movement.

Nominator's thoughts on what would make this nominee a valuable member of a future Trump Unity Government

    1) Is Competent ... I have been internationally known as one of the US governments most experienced space and atmospheric scientists. The relationships I have built and maintained during my career are essential to advancing the governments mission when dealing with our domestic and international partners.
    2) Is Honest... I’m a person of faith who understands how honesty is a critical component of building trust, maintaining working relationships, and avoiding mistakes caused by poor communication.
    3) Is Respectful ... I view all people as equal and practice the art of understanding the point of view of others, and engaging in respectful dialog. I have built long lasting professional relationships that will help ensure my success as a presidential appointee. I have been accused of being disrespectful, but only in spite of my best efforts to be respectful to those who attempted to force me to compromise my values.
    4) Has Integrity ... I have a reputation for acting with integrity, even at great personal cost. My fight against corruption at NOAA began when I would not allow historical climate data to be destroyed, which would have compromised our ability to understand climate change.
    5) Has Courage ... Professionally I have demonstrated courage in physically dangerous situations including the dangers of building radar systems in remote places and the dangers of repairing traffic signals on busy highways. I have also shown courage when my personal and economic well-being was at-risk, which is demonstrated by my ongoing battle against government corruption. Courage is an essential quality of a good leader, so when performing dangerous field work, my longstanding policy has been to lead by example and personally demonstrate a dangerous task before expecting others to do it for me. As a matter of faith, I always aim to do what is right, even if that comes at a great personal cost.
    6) Has a Proven Record... I don’t like to fail and I persevere at every task until it is complete. I’m proud of my nearly perfect record of mission success over more than two-decades as a professional scientist.
