Agency or agencies for which nominator feels nominee is best suited:

  • Department of Justice
  • Department of State
  • Department of The Army
  • Department of Defense
  • Department of The Air Force
  • Government Accountability office

Organization name(s) and position(s) for which nominator feels nominee is best suited:

Policies which the nominator knows the nominee supports or in which they have expertise:

Rule of Law. I have been a lawyer for 20 years, and have noted the degradation of democratic principles of justice under the common law throughout that time. The left, under Obama-Biden-Harris have sought to replace the common law with legalistic authoritarianism. I have fought that in open court, and continue to do so: https://www.antonaccilaw.com/fighting-corruption

I also believe that I have been the target of illegal domestic surveillance as the result of my exposing the Chicago Machine for its corruption and illegality. That is at issue in my litigation currently on appeal in the Fourth Circuit.

Nominator's thoughts on what would make this nominee a valuable member of a future Trump Unity Government

    1) Is Competent: My job as a lawyer is to get things right. I work as long and hard as needed until I do.

    2) Is Honest: I speak truth to power. Weak leaders do not like that. But if we are going to fix this country, we need to communicate frankly.

    3) Is Respectful: This country was built on the right of individual citizens to speak their minds and the guarantee of due process of law. The tyranny of the mob is fundamentally un-American.

    4) Has Integrity. I have walked away from money and career options when asked to engage in unethical conduct. When I served in Iraq, my boss and the chief of contracting were on the take with a bigger contractor there. When I wouldnt get involved, they made it clear they didnt want me in Baghdad. I was so disappointed in the rampant waste, fraud and abuse I saw working for the Army that I left government shortly after.

    5) Has Courage. In private practice, one of my clients fraudulently altered some documents related to a claim before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. When I discovered it, I brought it to the attention of firm management and we fired the client, which cost me money.

    6) Has a Proven Record: My website and LinkedIn page have many recommendations from people I have successfully represented and worked for: https://www.antonaccilaw.com/

I also have performance evaluations and letters of recommendation demonstrating that I get things done. I am very effective.

  • Relevant to the MAHA agenda, I am an Ironman triathlete and have run 8 marathons. I also train my 7 year-old daughter to race, where she is exceptional.
