I was one of very few MAGA conservatives leading operations for unaccompanied minors in Los Angeles and El Paso. Mark managed over 300 staff members and led global medical operations for GardaWorld Federal Services $500M medical portfolio with HHS and DOS embassy clinics. I would like to see the ORR refocused on repatriating illegal visitors to his or her country of origin instead of resettling them domestically. I would like to see this done not as a punitive measure, but one designed to help those nations whose talent has fled to the U.S. I envision an out-processing system that clears them medically and helps them prepare to take a positive, pro-American role in rebuilding their home countries. Much of my work in this field was under the direction of Don Eberly, a conservative thought leader, Reagan White House staffer and founder of the National Fatherhood Initiative. I would hope to bring him back into government to ensure that this process has the right heart as we send millions back home to better their own lands.

A devout Catholic and father of six, Marks reputation as an honest broker helps him to heal underperforming teams and toxic workplaces by leading through transparency and fair play. Mark finds ways for teams to improve by bringing out the best in everyone and making key adjustments to ensure success.

Mark takes the advice of Abraham Lincoln who once said, I do not like that man. I shall have to get to know him better. Mark doesnt believe that he already knows everything and that no one else has anything else to teach him. This humility allows him to respect those with whom he disagrees. Marks has a diverse set of experiences across the military, private sector and academia. Mark collaborated successfully with DHS and the Chief Medical Officer at CBP to ensure that medical operations were seamless as patients were transferred from CBP to ORR custody.
