Policies which the nominator knows the nominee supports or in which they have expertise:

As mentioned previously my ideas included government agency employees not being able to work for the companies they regulate for at least 5 years after leaving their government position. Municipal bonds to fund affordable housing, lease to own options for those living in the projects, regulating bank overdraft fees, tax credits for organic farmers, and numerous other ideas.

Nominator's thoughts on what would make this nominee a valuable member of a future Trump Unity Government

    1) Is Competent ...
    2) Is Honest...
    3) Is Respectful ...
    4) Has Integrity ...
    5) Has Courage ...
    6) Has a Proven Record...
    1) I was competent enough to run my own campaign for a state, city, and then federal election in that order with almost no budget . I designed my own website , graphic design , social media, and many other aspects of running a campaign .

    2) I am honest and I always told the people how I felt and what I believed is right regardless of what public opinion is. If a salesperson has to lie to make a sale then that person is a weak salesperson. I was in sales since I was a teenager and I didn’t need to lie. I believed in my product and I will convince people that I’m right and why it’s best for them rather than telling them what they want to hear.

    3) I am not always respectful. Respect is earned and not given and it is usually given if received.

    4) I feel I have more integrity than most people. My word is not to be doubted. I would not hurt anyone for personal gain. I would rather not have money than screw someone over for it.

    5) Running for office is something that requires courage. Death threats don’t phase me. I would gladly die for this country doing what is right.

    6) My proven track record is that of sales in financial services. I was a stockbroker at 19, a financial advisor in my 20s. I got my real estate license the first time in my 20s as well. I created a production company for a sports tv show and organized charity events including events at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The charity and political work that I’ve done for free got me into debt. I don’t have a perfect history. My record is not squeaky clean. But when I saw I’m going to do something I get it done and I do it well. People talk about running for office but I actually do it. People talk about fighting in the golden gloves but I trained in the Bronx and taught at the age of 35. Nothing is impossible and I can and will accomplish anything that I set my mind to.
