He's the only person that I'm aware of that has produced a thorough, "after-action" analysis of all accessible Department of Defense data related to the COVID-19 crisis. Although his leadership wouldn't entertain conversations on the subject, he's been vocal with anyone willing to take the time to hear him out. He did all of this of his own initiative and completely independently while also performing his primary duties as a military member.
