Why remove zero votes when people dont know to even look at this database and navigating it is difficult?

This is supposed to be function of our dept of justice. They oversee our courts.
I wish more people with masters in public administration from top tough programs might be nominated as they are taught government like mba’s are taught business

Please combine the duplicates. Also, It appears that the number of quality comments might be of more value than the sheer number of votes. How can I view a stack of comments starting with most comments to least?
