    Policies supported: concentrate our efforts on providing for the general welfare of our citizens, exercise our military capabilities only when necessary to provide for the common defense, incentivize technological advancement, incentivize technological advancement, inspire the private sector and universities to work together to accelerate development, decrease the economic risk to existing energy sectors during the period of technological migration, provide equal facilities and resources in grades K-12 to those who live in disadvantaged environments rather than mask the problem through a failed system of Affirmative Action, invest in the interests of all of the People of the United States, redirect investment to defend against the most likely emerging threat of cyber-attacks, pass meaningful election reform with respect to ballot access and campaign financing, return to the concept of being a nation of laws and recognize our responsibility to apply Article V of the Constitution when social or technological evolution dictates a change, and force a debate on critical issues like immigration to define them without bias and create a system that could orchestrate the solution consistently and efficiently.

    Rocky De La Fuente is a family man, as proven by his 5 children and wife of many years. He was educated by the Carmelites of the Sacred Heart, The Daughters of the Holy Spirit, Dominican Pillars, Legionaries of Christ, Marist and Jesuits, recognized as an outstanding international business ambassador with a phenomenal track record by UNESCO, the Institute of Advanced Studies Foundation Le Franc and CONALMEX, and he battled in court for 9 years before winning the right to honor our country with what has become a prominent landmark; a 3,000 square foot flag flying from the tallest free standing flag pole in the United States.
