Nominator's thoughts on what would make this nominee a valuable member of a future Trump Unity Government

    1) Is Competent ... I created a food recovery program at my school, diverting uneaten meals from my school’s dining facilities to local pantries.
    2) Is Honest... I have served on a jury in a criminal trial, where I was asked to weigh the evidence for and against the defendant free from bias or doubt. Someone’s life has been in my hands, so for anyone to deal in deception with any matter of similar significance I find personally abhorrent.
    3) Is Respectful ... I believe respect is earned. Even during the latter part of my time in ROTC, I strove to show decorum and abide by the oaths I swore to protect and defend the nation and its people. In my eyes, there is no higher ideal that selfless service and I try to live by that. For a specific example, in high school I accumulated approximately 800 hours of community service, graduating with a Silver Cord distinction.
    4) Has Integrity ... While far from a wholesale endorsement in this area, I am proud to have attended the 2019 New York State Boys State conference for future leaders at SUNY Morrisville through the American Legion. I was elected to councilman for my party, writing and discussing prospective legislation ultimately forwarded to NYS.
    5) Has Courage ... I think the only time a man can be brave is when he’s afraid. This past Independence Day my neighbors house burned down due to a fire, but after my brothers and I were alerted to the flames we helped evacuate the house and notify the rest of the neighborhood as well as emergency services.
    6) Has a Proven Record... I participated in a number of internships for volunteer organizations across the country, notably with the Student Conservation Association (SCA) and Rocky Mountain Sustainability and Science Network (RMSSN) where we assisted with wildlife research, improvement of National Parks Service infrastructure, and invasive species removal.
