    1) Is Competent: Tyler has an incredible ability to learn new information and understand how pieces connect together. He is excellent at finding inefficiencies and developing methods to improve them.
    2) Is Honest: Tyler studied philosophy at BYU and gravitated specifically toward philosophy of living - or in other words the philosophy of choosing the right, because it is right.
    3) Is Respectful: Tyler is a devout Christian who believes strongly in the teachings of Jesus to love your neighbor and love your enemy.
    4) Has Integrity: Tyler has strong integrity to do what is right and to help those around him.

    Tyler has successfully built REKO hub into a grass roots effort to bring local food producers into better contact with buyers; putting the buying power back into the hands of the consumer.

    Tyler is passionate about helping local farmers get food to local people. the REKO app has been in important part of making that happen. He has successfully moved the local farmers market online with local pickup.
