    Van Irion has been practicing law for 20 years and has spent much of that time focused on constitutional law. He agrees with Trumps vision for the judiciary and would be an excellent candidate for a judicial position or a position in the DOJ focused on removing judges who are violating their oaths of office and committing crimes while in office, activity that attorney Irion already has ample evidence to, at a minimum, initiate investigations.

     

    Nominator's thoughts on what would make this nominee a valuable member of a future Trump Unity Government

    1) Is highly Competent in constitutional law and procedure.
    2) Is Honest and will treat his office with the gravity and respect it deserves.
    3) Is Respectful of all parties he deals with in any conflict, listening to all sides to gain a thorough understanding of the situation and not letting emotion overtake his rational assessment.
    4) Has Integrity proven by his years of service in the Air Force and as an attorney fighting for the same principles he swore an oath at 18 when joining the Air Force.
    5) Has Courage to take on any threat to our constitution, holding to those principles regardless of personal cost. He has worked largely pro bono in constitutional law, giving up hundreds of thousands of dollars that he could have earned had he not given his time to that work.
    6) Has a Proven Record of fighting for our core US Constitutional principles by serving in the Air Force, running for congress, running for judge and taking on many constitutional cases regardless of any compensation.

Van was endorsed by Ron Paul and Steve King during that congressional campaign.

    Thank you for nominating Van. In order to defend the Constitution we need courts and judges who know the Constitution and function according to its dictates. If you want to ensure that the Constitution is defended for many years to come, we need to audit the judiciary. Van is the one who can make that happen.

    When justice is a rare commodity these days Van has been fighting for our Constitution for many years. As a lone voice in this wilderness, he’s never been afraid to call out the absurdities in our courts and the conflicts of interest that obscures truth. This new administration brings renewed hope for the rule of law to finally prevail and with Van’s already hard earned experience, he will lead in this appointment.
