    I am an RN. I have coached people on nutrition and health. I have a part-time IV infusion therapy business and love teaching and educating people about health and nutrition. Bakersfield, CA is one of the counties largest population affected by obesity. I have loved home health and opportunities I have had to patients in trying to make their lives healthier with diet and exercise. I have worked in many areas of nursing and get along well with all socioeconomic classes. I am extremely passionate about making a true difference in the lives of all.

     

    Nominator's thoughts on what would make this nominee a valuable member of a future Trump Unity Government

    1) Is Competent ...What I don't know, I research. I have my BSN in nursing and I am always trying to learn more about healthy living.
    2) Is Honest...I always feel like transparency is best even when it is hard to tell the truth.
    3) Is Respectful ...I always try and look at others point of view and respect their opinions and decisions. Nurses pride themselves of autonomy, respecting ones health care wishes. My job is to educate so that my patients can make informed choices to improve their lives.
    4) Has Integrity ...I believe that integrity is one of the most import traits to have. The rule to live by is to Always do the right thing as if others are watching.
    5) Has Courage ...I have done many brave things alone. I have courage that I do not always necessarily see in others. I am not afraid of showing my passion for the things that are important.
    6) Has a Proven Record...I have been a nurse since 2010 and I have faced many adversities and have seen a lot in my time. This has truly shaped me into a more well rounded individual. I am dedicated and perseverance is my strong suit. I don't go home until the job is finished, even when it inconveniences me.
