    Chris has been educating people on the unsustainable nature of our current energy and economic policies since 2008. He warns that our debt-based economy relies on constant growth, which in turn relies on an ever-increasing supply of energy. Meanwhile, energy return on energy invested is becoming dangerously low, and conventional energy sources are depleting. Government statistics mask the issue because they mix energy sources that cannot be substituted for one another. Meanwhile, countries such as India and China are busy securing energy resources while we hang on to the illusion that shale oil will continue to produce and that wind and solar will magically replace fossil fuel. The reality is that American oil production will soon be entering terminal decline. Investment into truly sustainable energy solutions (such as thorium) are required if we are to maintain our quality of life. Finally, Chriss ultimate motivation is to protect the environment, the third E in his framework (energy, economy, and environment). He supports clean energy options that dont deplete our environment and natural resources, an agricultural model that is not driven by fossil fuels and chemicals, and an economic model that doesnt rely on constant debt-creation. Youll find Chris shares President Trumps appreciation of the importance of energy but that he is also exceptionally aligned with Bobby on environmental and health matters. Chris will bring a depth of knowledge and perspective on Americas energy predicament that few can offer. He will also be a valuable contributor to top-level discussions related to the economy, healthcare, and foreign policy.

    Its worth noting that Bobby and Chris have met in the past, and they have been speakers at some of the same events. Im guessing Bobby has only engaged with Chris on matters related to COVID (Chris was one of the leading citizen journalists during COVID). Although impressive on COVID, Chriss main wheelhouse is energy, and Im confident the transition team will find him a worthy candidate if they get to know him.

     

    Nominator's thoughts on what would make this nominee a valuable member of a future Trump Unity Government

    1) Is Competent - Chris published the first edition of his book The Crash Course in 2011, which was later turned into a viral video series.
    2) Is Honest - If you follow his work for any length of time, youll quickly realize that he is in constant search of the truth. He also feels a strong calling to share that truth with the world, however uncomfortable that truth may be.
    3) Is Respectful - During COVID, Chris was a fierce champion of free speech, informed consent, and the right to dissent.
    4) Has Integrity - Chris values this above all else. In his words, he believes the highest form of integrity is when you are willing to be completely reeducated at any moment. He feels the best way of bringing integrity into the public sphere is to carefully and properly align the incentives of government agencies and private corporations with what is in the best interest of the public.
    5) Has Courage - A good recent example of courage is the reporting Chris did on the first assassination attempt of President Trump. He spearheaded a Citizens Investigation towards seeking the truth of what happened even though it carried some personal risk to himself.
    6) Has a Proven Record - Chris has a shockingly good track record. He predicted the 2008 financial crisis, he was nearly a year ahead of mainstream news outlets on COVID matters, and his long-standing predictions on energy predicaments have been actively playing out in real-time.

    Dr. Martenson has truly been an inspiration to us all for many years. His wisdom and excellence in research is surpassed by none. Dealing with energy specifically, Dr. Martenson has shown his extensive knowledge for free with the world on YouTube. That is the kind of transparency we need in the new administration.

    Please consider Dr. Martenson. He is certainly the most qualified man for this this position. We would all be honored to have such a great leader.

    Anyone familiar with Chris Martenson’s track record knows he’s an apex critical thinker. For years he’s put out unrivaled amounts of data from energy to the economy to health. Not sure of any conclusions he’s come to that didn’t come to fruition.
    Any project he’s not on should be considered incomplete. America needs him.

    I have been following Chris since March of 2020. As a health care provider, I believe his dogged determination to make sense of things, find the truth, and selflessly share his knowledge with others has saved and/or improved countless lives.

    I have followed Chris Martenson’s work online going on two decades now and I can enthusiastically attest for his remarkable technical expertise across multiple fields, perhaps most notably energy, and for his basic decency and integrity as a human being who harbors nothing but sincerity and goodwill for his country and the world at large.

    Chris is a brilliant man who has an in depth understanding of the intricacies of the economy and energy sector. His dedication to the health and well being of Americans over the past four years I’ve followed him is beyond commendable. He’s a man of integrity always seeking to tell the truth regardless of the consequences and would be an incredible asset to our nation. It’s hard to think of another individual better suited to be a part of this administration

    This man has done a phenomenal job on data research and explaining it. He saved my life when Covid hit by contributing with good data. He was censored over and over. He would be great in any capacity of the Trump administration

    Aside from Dr. Chris Martenson’s incredible insight and vast knowledge regarding energy through its strengths and weaknesses, there is no one I trust more to lead us out of the energy crisis while keeping our environment in mind. His book, The Crash Course, has changed my family’s life. By nominating Dr. Martenson to this pivotal position, he would be changing the lives of EVERY American to prepare us for what no American is ready to understand: The Energy Crisis. Without energy, there is no economy. It needs to be done right. We desperately need Dr. Chris Martenson in this position to see us through what is coming next.

    I am 66 yo retired senior staff engineer from Intel Corporation. Following Chris since Crash Course ~2005. Chris has demonstrated outstanding analysis skills and leadership in multiple disciplines for over 2 decades now: Finance, Medicine, Environment. Predicted financial crisis in 2007-8… listening to him saved my retirement. One of the earliest to speak out at great risk regarding COVID… listening to him helped keep me VAX-FREE. Voice of reason when the CLIMATE HOAXERS were scaring young people into nihiism.

    I second everything in this nomination. Chris is a highly intelligent systems level thinker and a tireless worker. His analysis of complex issues is impeccable. I can’t think of a better person for this position.

    Mr. Martenson has deeply examined, and then educated the public for many years on energy and economics. He has proven himself to be a man of integrity, and deep analytical skills. He’s a natural educator, and therefore could be a very good leader.

    strong ability to understand and, importantly explain to others complex interconnected systems —in many areas including Covid protection and origins
