    5) Has Courage ... He will fight for ecological justice at all costs
    6) Has a Proven Record... His book is a landmark volume on making fuel out of crops, without harming the planet. He has worked tirelessly to show systems that are clean and sustainable.

    Yes! He has been a long time crusader for organic and ecological agriculture and homegrown USA made alcohol fuel, small farming. My understanding is that he stood up to the establishment by making a PBS documentary on small-scale alcohol fuel run on public broadcasting that was destroyed by the oil companies. His book is wonderful and he has been involved in distillation, makings automobiles cleaner and positive organic farming all focused on small-scale people power. He inspired me greatly!
