Any advisory roll on the cabinet. He advocated hard for JD Vance loosing alot of political clout with Sr. But ultimately the right choice. He’s not afraid to go up against his father if he feels strongly about his position. We need people who are willing to stand up for what they believe and be strong advocates, not afraid to engage in good debate.
Given Trump’s relatively minimal concern about the environment, placing Jr., who lacks sufficient relevant qualifications and will not do enough to balance things out, seems quite unwise. Industry and development are important, but not at the cost of losing access to quality public lands.
Myself and many wildlife advocates are concerned about Donald Trump Jr.s involvement pertaining to advising on matters concerning wildlife, particularly wolves ,grizzlies,cougars. His friendship with Greg Gianforte of Montana is troubling at best and I believe he would advise in favor of those who enjoy trophy hunting. At this time in our Nation I feel it is important to work to protect threatened , essential keystone species instead of the needless killing. Wolves have been a political pawn for decades , now is not the time to have anyone advising who is directly associated with Trophy Hunting.
