Dr Fogarty is a practicing Radiologist and Translational Medicine Specialist whose research has also contributed to the emerging field of Mitochondrial Medicine. He is an expert in Diagnostic Radiology, Emergency Radiology, Interventional (Therapeutic) Radiology and Functional Imaging. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago, a medical degree from UNMC, and he completed his Radiology residency training at Creighton University. He served as Chair of Radiology at the University of North Dakota and during that time, he advanced multiple innovations in clinical imaging and medical education.

Through his Tele-Radiology practice, Real Radiology, Dr Fogarty treats patients across the globe. He is an advocate for glutathione precursor therapy in combination with hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) as an innovative and effective treatment for many medical conditions. Through imaging technology, Dr Fogarty is also able to share objective evidence of the benefits of these treatments. He credits his mentor, world-renowned psychiatrist Dr Albert Crum, MD, for developing the glutathione precursor therapy and training him on the crucial role of mitochondria, glutathione and hyperbaric oxygen in detoxification, which now informs Dr. Fogarty’s current practice. In addition, Dr. Fogarty’s neuroimaging collaboration with Professor of Emergency Medicine Paul Harch, MD validated hyperbaric medicine protocols for the reversal of subacute and chronic neurological injury. We now know that combined glutathione precursor and hyperbaric therapy supports cellular regeneration and healing of a wide variety of conditions, including but not limited to - viral illness, post-surgical wounds and recovery, heavy metal toxicity, autism, post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury and Alzheimer’s disease. In 2020, Dr. Fogarty received a Federal CARES ACT grant to implement evidence-based countermeasures against COVID-19 using these treatments. He continues to spread truth, testifying in 2023 to the North Dakota Senate Human Services Committee about the dangers of the spike protein disease and advocating for a more a more effective response.

I would like to support Dr. Edward Fogarty’s nomination to an HHS position under RFK, Jr., pending Kennedy’s confirmation.

Dr. Fogarty is a renowned radiologist, was chairman of the University of North Dakota Medical School, and is listed on RFK, Jr’s Honor Roll in The Truth About Fauci book for his contribution to the vaccine safety debate. A University of Chicago graduate, the native Omahan was also recently honored at his Alma Mater’s Central High School Hall of Fame for his work as a radiologist and academic. Dr. Fogarty’s most compelling passion, however, is with hyperbaric chambers and their potential to cure disease. If appointed to a position within the HHS, Dr. Fogarty would establish a division of hyperbaric healing and make these chambers available to all Americans. He is already promoting and facilitating these treatments, but within this agency, he would have the platform in which to educate and help heal the chronic conditions from which so many Americans suffer.

On a personal level, Dr. Fogarty is incredibly kind and selfless. He will focus all his time and attention on your needs and not waver until there is a solution.
