He has a big following and has written a couple of books, one being “Lies My Doctor Told Me” which has been so helpful for folks to take more control of their own health. He also got rid of flouride in his home town 10 years ago, when so many of us knew it was bad for us but could not do anything about it.

Dr. Berry is the type of doctor you want to visit. He offers critical advice for a proper human diet that has changed the lives of so many people. His videos are to the point, a little humorous and definately worth watching. He has evolved over his career from the ‘typical’ doctor to a healing/teaching doctor from what he learned on his own health journey. While my results are still in progress following his PHD has led to better control of my blood sugars and PCOS. It will be a long road for me. I also appreciate that Dr. Berry is not selling my a bunch of proprietory supplements to make this healthier dient work. He also has highly respected one-to-one dialogs with top doctors in many fields that 99.9% would never ever get the chance to speak to. I have been following Dr. Berry for years. I trust him! He has given me and other’s tips on how to keep themselves healthy. I believe the carnivore diet is best for my body. I like to add some broccoli and other of those type of veggies also.
