Fro my experiance Frank has been honest when a mistake was made in the company hee has taken the responsibility to put things right. 3) Is Respectful. Grants his staff respect and allows them to have their view of things and understands they have a value as they have on the groung first hand knowledge and listens to their input. 4) Has Integrity. Frank wants to help people on a grand scale and has devoted his life to helping improve their health by cleaning up the food we consume. Believes that a company must deliver what is promsed and shows this in his daily life. 5) Has Courage. Frank does not know what to back down means. 6) Has a Proven Record. Has brough to market a product all farmers can use to reduce their input costs and produce healthy foods without chemicals so that all farms car retun to proper organic farming. Has been successful in overr 600 farm worldwide. Runs a very successful business while also launching the new product for agriculture.

What does the group think about subsidies for big ag? Corn and soy, two of the most poisoned and prolific crops infiltrating our food systems and ruining soil health biodiversity and health for people get massive subsidies. Revamping usda should not be a war on farmers-most are pawns in a system that is rigged. I suggest tiered reductions in subsidies from gmo conventional grown corn, soy and other crops and either pocketing the savings to help pay down our insane debt or channeling those funds to smaller operations for different crops. Organic items would be great too.
Get the subsidies out of corn and soy specifically, fighting seed oils and leveling the playing field for non conventional growers, plus eliminating massive sources of the poison in our food systems.
