Flynn is not fit to be returned to government. He failed us for his entire career and lied in the first Trump administration. I would not support General Flynn for public office of any type.

The issue here is General Flynn has been out of the game for 8 years, and while the swamp is the same, the game has changed a bit.
On the other hand, he has suffered at the hand of the deep state, lead folks in ways most cannot understand during that time, and is a real General with Real experience - and files on all the deep state players.
The NSA must be able to discern what is fact from what is agency fiction, the NSA must be able to fight, literally, and defend the people’s vision.
Please add Director of National Intelligence to the list of nominated positions for Flynn. In that roll, he would oversee the CIA and the FBI plus several other agencies.

He made a movie about himself and wrapped a huge RV with his name, driving around as PR stunt for presidency.
