As a leader I often have to problem solve which has resulted in establishing and implementing policy and procedure. In addition, I have had to establish systems of accountability to ensure conformance to policy. 1) I have worked in affordable housing for 20 years and have held leadership roles for most of my career. My career spans 36 plus years, includes 10 years of design build for a government defense contractor. I have held the positions of Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Sr. Vice President and Director of Construction. I have been successful in every role. I am competent and well known in my industry as experienced, fair, honest, and tough. I am a team leader, and in invest in my staff to ensure consistency on every project under my authority.
