What department is there that deals with alternative musculoskeletal injury treatments? Is anyone looking at the body as a biotensegrity structure and using this model to treat people? Biotensegrity is a tensegrity structure that moves. It requires motor units, sensors and processing to function. Fascia has a contractile ability due to actin molecules. Muscles that attach to the fascia hold the bones in the fascial matrix which eliminates osteoarthritis. There are 4 sensors in fascia (two respond to pressure and two respond to tension, so rubbing stimulates all 4 where acupressure and acupuncture only stimulate two each). Muscles have muscle spindle cells and these sensors become dysfunctional via stretch or contraction injuries and can be reset by strain-counterstrain or reverse strain-counterstrain. Processing is affecting by emotions, cranial sacral, and as it is called in acupuncture rebellious chi. Emotions are in the mammalian brain. While psychologists work on the human brain that has cognitive reasoning, the mammalian brain works via association. Since there is no evolutionary reason to process out threatening situations. The mechanism to do this is to reflexively increase blood supply using a one point acupuncture technique which is modified by rubbing the affected beginning-end point of the yang meridian. Fibromyalgia is nothing more than anger. This technique works on the mammalian brain, but the human brain has to be treated also or there will be recurrence. For instance, an abused wife will do well until she she’s the abusive husband. I would like to work in a department that would perform studies to develop this model of treatment.

Ok here we go here is who I think should get each job in the Goverment
Dr.Sherri Tenpenny for United States Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women’s Issues

Dr.John Fleming for Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services (Financial Resources)

Dr.Scott Merrell to be Member of the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition
https://www.c-span.org/person/scott-merrell/138876/

Dr.Jerome Adams for Surgeon General of the United States Jerome Adams - Wikipedia

Dr.Brad Wenstrup for Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services
(Preparedness and Response) or Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)

Dr. Robert W. Malone for Commissioner of Food and Drugs

Dr. Simone Gold for General Counsel of Health and Human Services

Dr.Joseph Mercola for Member of the National Science Board from (NSF) National Science Foundation

Erin Elizabeth for Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services (Public Affairs)

I think he mentioned the farmer because the morons want farmers giving the jabs to cattle pigs and chickens. I think with the chickens they did a plandemic bird flu to kill all the chickens then warrants the jabs. I think it was an excuse to kill the animals so less protein to feed us all. We don’t need poison in our meat poultry

I have no answer to your question about what government Department deals with musculoskeletal injuries, but am replying to your post because I’ve been a patient of Fascial Counterstrain, and it’s been very beneficial to me. I really don’t understand how it works. Timothy Hodges of Counterstrain Portland and Brian Tuckey in Maryland, and their staffs, are developing and teaching techniques that are exciting for the future of medicine. They seem to be developing techniques that are on the cutting edge of what seems to be helping to heal people with many medical issues.

There is Strain-counter strain which was developed originally by Dr. Jones in 1955. That resets muscle spindle cells which are the sensors within the muscle. As the joint extends, sensor gets stretched out. When the joint contracts the sensor has to shorten. The shortening of the sensor is via the gamma efferent nerves which contract the intrafusal (Within the muscle spindle) muscle fibers. This happens with major contractions on cold muscles. There is also reverse strain-counterstrain due to a stretch injury.
As far as the fascia, it contracts due to the actin molecules within it. There are 4 sensors in fascia. Two respond to pressure (which is how acupressure works) and two respond to changes in tension (when you twist the needle in acupuncture you drag the fascia). I prefer rubbing which stimulates all 4 sensors. You probably had the Barnes technique which is a long hold, then you feel the release and go with it which is usually not a straight line.
The problem with this technique is that the cause may not be local. For instance, if there is an emotional issue you will see a moderate tightness of the calf muscles. Eye desensitization is a technique to non specifically increase blood flow to the brain to help process the unresolved issues in the mammalian brain (Psychology works in the human brain). The output of the mammalian brain is autonomic (mostly sympathetic nervous system), hormonal (cortisol, epinephrine) and motor which is fascial tightness.
If you understand that we are a tensegrity unit that moves, then you will see that the fascia has to be able to move which requires motor units, sensors and processing (our brain).
There is actually an easier way to release the fascia. Let’s take the big toe joint. If you want to increase motion by 10-15 degrees in 10 seconds, on the bottom surface of the foot under the acupuncture point Liver 2, which is where the superficial facia joins the deep fascia, rub distally 10 times. This works for soft tissue limitation.
By the way I like your picks. I have met Sherry Tenpenny DO and the homeopath that worked with her Janet Levatin MD. They took away her license because she supposedly did not respond to a written request for information.

I love Dr. Judy Mikovits and Dr. Mercola And Dr. Eric Berg. These people would be great in any health capacities because they are wonderful leaders with a lot of integrity and a lot of science on healing the body not just treating with synthetic petrochemical drugs. I would also like to see our government filled up with people from the founding stock who fought and established this country. Let’s stop giving our country away and our jobs away most importantly to Third Worlders and foreigners. Remember they are guests in our country because our forefathers established our country and they are here to Take advantage.

These’s are all good picks there are a lot of HHS related jobs in the goverment here’s the rest Health Jobs in The Goverment
