Please reopen submissions of people for positions so that more and highly qualified people can be submitted.

They have been filled probably.
There was a lot of spam. Go look at all the random names posted by “The Nominator”. It became counterproductive to keep it open.
We hope to reopen submissions. We have a small volunteer team running this site and need to catch up with moderation!
