I have expertise in medical research including genetic laboratory experience and prior art research. I am also a licensed attorney with medical law experience in transactions and litigation involving private parties and governmental agencies. I'm also the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for a functional medicine clinic. Also extensive experience as a mediator and arbitrator. I support policies designed to defeat the epidemic of chronic disease, decrease root cause of disease and toxicity, and end conflict of interest between governmental agencies and the companies they regulate.

1) Is Competent - higher education (College of William and Mary for biology and University of Florida for law) and real world experience in both the health field and legal field, culminating in providing both medical research and legal advice to health professionals during the covid-19 pandemic, with excellent results for both patients and medical providers.
2) Is Honest - very mindful of conflict of interest, including experience litigating the issue as an attorney. Open and honest about conflicts and strongly oppose corporate capture of industry regulators.
3) Is Respectful - Freedom of Speech is a cornerstone of our nation. Represented community associations in defending right of free speech. Also litigated and mediated many constitutional issues during my legal career.
4) Has Integrity - when I say I will do something, I do it. Proven track record representing individuals against powerful entities many items, some examples were given above. Also experience helping mediate and arbitrate disputes between individuals and large corporations.
5) Has Courage - Its never the wrong time to do the right thing. I am incorruptible and will not shy away from making the right decision. Its been a hallmark of my career as lawyer, mediator and health clinic officer.
