I am extremely passionate for the benefits that exercise and fitness can provide for one striving to live a healthier lifestyle. I believe that every person deserves to know what is in their food and the effects that each ingredient has on their body. Understanding that doctors often overprescribe rather than looking at the underlying condition and how all systems of our body are linked is a factor that I believe can change the course of health in America. I support the idea of removing harmful substances such as glyphosate from our food and nutrition as well as diving into how health insurance companies are able to profit off of sick individuals more and more each year.

Nominator's thoughts on what would make this nominee a valuable member of a future Trump Unity Government

    2) Is Honest about not knowing all information and having honest communication that fosters trust and encourages collaboration among colleagues and the public alike. I have built a reputation of being transparent and honest with those I com across and have the privilege of speaking with. I will always be honest with the best interest of our country in mind.
    3) Is Respectful of others ideas and boundaries although they may differ from my own. I always aim to show respect by listening to what others have to say, so I can better understand why they may believe that or think a certain way.
    4) Has Integrity when faced with challenges or difficult decisions. I have had numerous experiences where I have had to stand up for what is right and speak out against those I may be close with, to uphold ethical standards regardless of potential personal or professional consequences. This unwavering commitment to doing what is right demonstrates my strong moral foundation.
    5) Has Courage to speak up for those who do not have the ability to do it for themselves. I will continuously fight for fellow Americans and generations to come. Every opportunity I have I am willing to speak out on difficult issues and advocate for systemic changes in public health, even when it meant opposing the status quo.
    6) Has a Proven Record of success in both academic and practical applications of exercise science and public health. In every opportunity I have had, I have aimed to impact the lives of others by promoting positive health changes. I have provided information to various demographics while working at the YMCA and fitness facilities. I also utilized my time being a collegiate athlete as an opportunity to drive my fellow teammates in the right direction of longevity.
