    1) With experience as a firearms attorney, designer, dealer, and manufacturer, Matthew has first-hand experience engaging with the relevant agency from every perspective.
    2) Matthew's believes sunlight is the best disinfectant and
    3) Given most of his clients are the victims of constitutional rights violations, Matthew is dedicated to respecting the constitutional rights of the People.
    4) In his work in the nonprofit space, he has been called "frustratingly principled" by his colleagues.
    5) Matthew has shown courage to blow the whistle in his career already, highlighting misappropriations of funds and betrayals of the public trust.
    6) Many firearms businesses were able to keep their doors open because Matthew helped them resist government overreach at no or low cost.

    Mr. Larosiere is an exceptionally well informed individual in both contemporary and past history of this bureau, as well as federal law that it enforces. With nothing but the best in mind for his countrymen he would be an outstanding addition to the DOJ in the BATFE.

    Matt is arguably one of the most informed firearms lawyers in the country, and has extensive knowledge of firearms law and history. He believes deeply in our constitution rights and the ideas that founded our nation, and I believe he has the best interests of the American people at heart. I hope that he will be a part of the ATF where he can protect our rights from government overreach and stop the persecution of law abiding American citizens.

    Matthew Larosiere is an open book, and I find his commentaries on firearms law and regulations very cogent and illuminating. Firearms are the primary area where BATFE impacts everyday Americans, often making them paper criminals; Matthew is exceedingly well versed on these issues and uniquely suited to lead BATFE in carrying out its limited authorities without criminalizing peaceful people.
    I can’t think of anyone more suitable as director of BATFE.

    Mr. Larosiere is a thoughtful and passionate scholar of law that will fight to cut back on government overreach and tyrannical infringements on citizens’ rights. Please help him get a position in the BATFE.

    I support Matthew Larosiere’s recommendation.

    Aside from the typical qualifiers one may look toward (e.g., his intelligence, advocacy, political understanding, and so on), Matthew has advocated from a place of profound moral conviction to uphold the Constitution and the rights of Americans, regardless of their identities. He has the distinct ability to reach across political and identitarian divisions to bring awareness and acceptance to this crucial vanguard of American exceptionalism, values, and security.

    As a man who has been to Congress during the worst of times, he has demonstrated an ability to advocate, even under aggressive fire from detractors, showing that he can weather the worst storms under pressure.

    All of his work happens while he fights legal battles against the current regime’s outlandish and unconstitutional overreaches to imprison peaceable people who, for example, unwittingly aggrieved the ATF’s ever-changing, ill-defined rules with a drawing on metal.

    He does these things not for money or fame but to do what’s right. He is the man the ATF sorely requires to defang the unjust and unholy weapon of the current state against innocent people.

    Mr. Larosiere is one of the people if there ever was one. While I would like him to be involved in BATFE to some extent due to his extensive knowledge and experience; I think any position he occupies he would treat with the upmost regard and diligence.

    Mr. Larosiere is an experienced and accomplished attorney with deep knowledge of federal firearms laws as well as issues facing the implementation and administration of those laws. He is a strong candidate for this position and can make a meaningful impact in this role.

    I would also like to endorse Mr Larosiere for the position of Directer of the ATF. The man is an accomplished lawyer and engineer in the field of firearms and holds the enumerated rights in the constitution close to his heart. I fully believe he will bring about a great period of righteous justice for the firearm community as he steers the ATF into the direction they always should have held, protecting the rights of the people.

    Matt has displayed exceptional knowledge of both constitution law and how the founding fathers viewed firearms under the second amendment. And as such he would be a great fit in an agency that is dedicated to understanding the constitutionality surrounding firearms in the U.S. He is truly one of the greatest minds we have today when it comes to understanding the second amendment.
