Roger Roots studies the climate debate extensively, from a skeptical perspective. Roots is aware that government agencies have been gradually 'cooling the past' by altering temperature data records. NOAA and NASA have also been altering records by entering temperature data for dates and places in the world where no thermometer stations existed. Roots seeks a role where he can use his legal background to place government scientists under oath and ask them basic questions about their alterations of temperature data. This process and inquiry must be 100% transparent so that all stakeholders can review and observe the investigation(s).

Roger is very knowledgeable, competent and hardworking. He wakes each day energized to do what needs to be done. He is dedicated to legal and scientific integrity. He has competence in multiple areas. He is not only an attorney. He has a Ph.D. in sociology from UNLV and has taught sociology and criminal justice at the college level.
Roger has studied the science behind the climate change debate, and collects books from all perspectives on the topic.
Roger always favors open debate and is always respectful of competing perspectives. He is a 1st amendment fundamentalist.
