    1) Is Competent ... Grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. School was slavery averaging 4-7 hours of homework per night.
    2) Is Honest... took a job placement test with hundreds of questions, such as "would you rather work on a farm or in a grocery store", scored a 99.9% justice, she said they have never seen that score in the over 20 years she has been testing. I get more bothered when I see unjust things happen to other people than they get themselves.
    3) Is Respectful ...Treat others as you would be treated.
    4) Has Integrity ...I would die to protect others.
    5) Has Courage ...Took off and landed a plane I piloted on first day flying. Been skydiving 13 times and repelled off my 14th floor apartment water tower when I was 11 years old in Taipei, Taiwan...
    6) Has a Proven Record...Led a group of people in Technology and Research at Bethany Assembly of God for 16 years.
