Agency or agencies for which nominator feels nominee is best suited:

Department of Health and Human Services

Organization name(s) and position(s) for which nominator feels nominee is best suited:

Policies which the nominator knows the nominee supports or in which they have expertise:

Pregnancy, maternity care, breech and twin options. He supports the midwifery model which honors the pregnant woman’s right of informed consent and autonomy in decision making. He has 40 years of experience in both hospital and home birthing and is well positioned to understand the differences in outcomes and that currently the U.S. is doing poorly. He has been traveling the world teaching breech and twin skills. And disagrees with the medicalized birth model currently running the system (ACOG) which has deskilled practitioners in these important skills and sees pregnancy, itself, as a high risk condition. This model of care has led to worsening health, both mental and physical, and worsening outcomes for the women of our country.

Nominator’s thoughts on what would make this nominee a valuable member of a future Trump Unity Government

  1. Is Competent … yes
  2. Is Honest… yes
  3. Is Respectful … yes
  4. Has Integrity … yes
  5. Has Courage … absolutely
  6. Has a Proven Record… very much so

He has a proven record and an active member of the medical community for over 40 years. He had the ability and vision to evolve away from the indoctrination of a system that doesn’t serve us well and promotes the personalized and individualized approach to health care. I believe that should be the ethical obligation of every health practitioner.

100% support Dr. Fischbein - if we can’t start at the beginning with healthy babies and healthy mothers, there’s little hope in reconstructing the medical model for care in general!

Dr. Stu would be the pinnacle choice for a licensed MD that knows and practices based on the what’s best for the patient as opposed to so many MDs who are captured by big pharma and insurance agencies. He would be a top choice in joining Kennedy for MAHA.

This man will revolutionaize womens medicine! Please bring him into the force! While youre at it, create a national Midwife licensing to save women and babies the trauma of hospital protocols when they aren’t needed. Stop sending Midwoves to jail on several (20) states of the union and create a reciprocity from state to state so we can Medicaid MILLIONS of unnecessary dollars on unnecessary cesareans and interventions.

I was already excited about the MAHA movement. Having Dr. Stu involved is the cherry on top. I’ve been a labor and delivery nurse for 8 years and the system desperately needs an overhaul.

Yes! Dr. Stu would be my top choice to join the MAHA administration. His experience as an OB/GYN in both the hospital system and community birth setting will help provide this administration valuable information on the United States maternal health care system. Dr. Stu is pro midwife and pro women/babies. In order to MAHA, we must get to the root issues- we must begin with pregnancy and birth! I have been a community midwife for 13 years. I have followed Dr. Stu for years and recently had the honor of taking his Breech and Twin class. He is honest, authentic and intelligent! Just what America needs!

Dr. Stu is the best candidate for this position. He is a wealth of knowledge and incredible patient advocate. His passion and experience are what America needs to shift in a positive direction. He is the only obstetrician I would trust in my birth space, and I have learned so much from him. Go Dr. Stu!!!

America has some of the worst maternal fetal outcomes in the developed world, including but not limited to increased cesarean rates, postpartum depression, and maternal and fetal mortality rates. The system that we’re currently utilizing for maternal care is unfortunately failing American women and children daily. Dr. Stuart Fischbein has been a beacon of light in the maternal healthcare system throughout his career, and has continued to advocate for women and offer an evidence based, holistic approach to maternal care and childbirth. Dr. Stu would be the perfect addition to the department of HHS to support women and children and truly make America healthy again from the beginning of life onward. I could not be more pleased if I saw the day Dr. Stu was in a position to make lasting change to the maternal health care system in America.

I agree he’d be a great choice for this position. I think he could help to change the way birth is viewed by the masses in this country. We need someone who promotes natural undisturbed birth, who knows that birth is not to be feared, who empowers women to birth on their own terms without coercion from medical systems that do not have the mother-baby’s best interest in mind.
