This site is on the Discourse platform and does take some time getting used to! In order to submit a nominee you need to click the button which takes you to our main site to fill out the form. Upon review your nominee will then show on this site under “Nominees” within about one day.

This site is not user friendly at all, and I formerly worked at a job where I had to have open/use no less than 5 programs at once, so its not like Im just a totally no tech boomer. Go ahead and delete my posts if you like. I doubt I will return. Its not simply getting used to the site. Ive never used a forum where I have to submit a form to simply post an opinion. Even though I am retired I still spent way too much time to post a single nomination which for whatever reason hasnt appeared. Best wishes with it, and the new administration if it comes to pass. And, I have no doubt this criticism will not be accepted either, lol.

If you would like to nominate anyone, please ue the submit nominee button if they are not already listed.

Please check first that they are not already listed on this form (search nominees), and if they are you may comment directly on the nominee profile page.

How can the nominee get access?

Nominee can email nominees@teamkennedy.com if they’d like to request removal or edit. They can also comment on the nominee profile via “reply”.

I’m confused. Is this to nominate others? Where do we go if we are interested in applying (“nominating”) ourselves for positions that may be available? Do we self-nominate? Don’t get me wrong, I love the idea, I’m just a little confused as to what we are doing here.

I think anything new has its hiccups, but overall it’s running smoothly. I just hope nominees are truly being read—I worry that all the big names rise to the top due to name recognition. I hope people take the time to scroll down and discover the lesser-known individuals.

It’s a little bit of a learning curve at first but I’m figuring it out. I do wish we had the ability to edit our nomination forms after submitting! I was so excited when I learned of this site that I quickly filled out the nomination form and forgot some important points

Question–I tried the “voting” feature for the first time and after hitting the Vote button, the site told me I have 3 votes left. But with at least 13 different voting categories that I can see, why would I only have a total of 4 votes? What am I missing?

I am having trouble submitting nominations; keep getting server error message. THX
I really want to be able to vote for more people and in multiple topics. Four votes is not enough for me to feel like I have much involvement.
