1) Is Competent ... 2) Is Honest... 3) Is Respectful ... 4) Has Integrity ... 5) Has Courage ...none of what he says is popular among the liberals. 6) Has a Proven Record...the decades of writings and speaking engagements are evidence of the time he has put into well thought out analysis. He is so articulate and has the data to back his conclusions.
Prof. Sowell would be perfect, if he weren’t 90+ years old. He retired from writing an online column. He won’t accept the job. Ask who he would recommend.

Brilliant researcher and educator! He could definitely be helpful in clarifying the truth about slavery. The historic lies about slavery have created a division among the American people that should not be there. The truth needs to come out and the DEI sickness that has infiltrated our country needs to be stopped. Black youth especially need him, but everyone would benefit. Thomas is in his 90’s, but hopefully you can still consult with him to some degree.
Are you a proponent of our US History and researching Hillsdale College Curriculum? Our US and State Constitutions should be ingrained in our Educational System.
Thomas Sowell is insightful and highly knowledgable. He should be a role model to ALL American students but many have no clue who he is or the GREATness he posses. We could use his insights and perspectives not just for urban issues but in so many areas. He would be a GREAT mentor to helping children (and adults) understand our real history and the history of the world!
If his job were to eliminate or severely reduce the Department of Education I can’t think of anyone better to consider all the variables. I’m sure he could name more people suited to the task than I can.
He is 93 so im sure he is done, but could he be a policy advisor? I believe he would advise with tons of wisdom and ideas for economics, education and accurate history.
