Nominator's thoughts on what would make this nominee a valuable member of a future Trump Unity Government
1) Is Competent ... 2) Is Honest... 3) Is Respectful ... 4) Has Integrity ... 5) Has Courage ... 6) Has a Proven Record... Tulsi has served and still serves in our military. She has proven to value honesty over political advancement. Need I say more?
The challenge for me is her participation in the Young Global Leadership Program of the World Economic Forum. She MUST address this issue. Indiana has the same issue with our Secretary of State, Diego Morales. Both are articulate, but……,
It looks like your nomination of Tulsi did not go through (“incomplete”; likely not enough info listed).
Thus, don’t think it can be voted on by others on this site set up, even though your msg. mentions an endorsement.
Gotta follow the directions here or it’s a waste of time & confuses the matter.
I do not regard that as a challenge. As a fellow military member, I have been subject to attending multiple leadership training events. Tulsi is a consistently ethical, noble human in the face of adversity. So, what is your specific issue with it? Someone you do not like teaching the program?
I agree, it was something she simply attended earlier in her life. She also was a big part of the Democratic Party for many years and we’re not holding that against her. It seems very clear where her focus is now.
RFKJ is going to get the position where he is most useful. He posted a video today saying that on You Tube. We know Tulsi Gabbard will also be in. Think we should use our limited votes on everyday Americans, but that is just my personal opinion!
You’ll be happy to know then that Tulsi was never involved with the WEF. They named her a Young Global Leader and put her picture on their website. Before knowing anything about them, she thanked them in a tweet. Later, after learning more, she asked them to remove her from their site, and they did.
This article by Pam Ho which was published two years ago goes into a lot more detail.
I’ll place my vote here since I like Tulsi Gabbard a lot for Secretary of State. As others have mentioned on the matter of foreign peace and diplomacy, I also like positions for Scott Ritter, Glenn Greenwald, Aaron Mate, and THOMAS MASSIE, who I think would be important influence in Washington in regards especially to how we handle the Israel-Palestine matter. We should not be giving money to a government that refuses to listen to us. The peace treaty was ruined the minute Yitzhak Rabin was assassinated by an Israeli, and the US has refused to condition weapons and money aid to Israel, to scale back on extremism and sit at the table with Trump to re-establish a peace deal. Tulsi Gabbard appropriately understands the threat of radical Islam groups like ISIS, Al Qaeda, and the Madkhali movement (that has inappropriately been funded by the U.S.). But Thomas Massie (and Scott Ritter, Glenn Greenwald, and Aaron Mate) appropriately understand how Israel was able to become so radicalized that they assassinated their own peace politician, and here we are now. We need a balance of both types of people willing to put diplomacy and conditioning aid first, working together. Tulsi Gabbard and Thomas Massie, or Scott Ritter or Greenwald or Mate, could hopefully work well together as a team to ensure some kind of balanced approach to solving this problem. As Aaron Mate is an anti-zionist Jewish man, the son of Holocaust survivor Gabor Mate, and Aaron is a renowned investigative journalist investigating war crimes, and Tulsi is a well-respected veteran who has combat experience going up against radical Islam, who puts emphasis on diplomacy before battle when possible, I think these two types of people together could really help find a solution to the problems in the middle-east that would meet the needs of both sides.
HUGE UPDATE: Mission accomplished! Trump just posted this message on his Truth Social (11/9/24):
Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump
I will not be inviting former Ambassador Nikki Haley, or former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, to join the Trump Administration, which is currently in formation. I very much enjoyed and appreciated working with them previously, and would like to thank them for their service to our Country. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
ATTENTION TRANSITION TEAM: do not let Mike Pompeo come back into the Trump admin.! He’s bad news like Bolton, Haley and other Neocons!
Tweet from Mike Cernovich from 11/7/24: “Mike Pompeo wants back in. We saw what he did to the NCS by abusing his role as CIA director. He kept out Trump loyalists. Ensured traitors staffed the NSC. The NSC was where the first sham impeachment plot was launched.”
Please give Tulsi a cherry job! Her positivity is contagious. Her firm anti-war stance might work against her in the position of Secretary Of Defense (and she probably knows this), but what a fantastic Secretary Of State she’d make…ironically the job her nemesis Hillary once held.
