President Trump prioritizes the safety and freedom of the American people above all else. He will seal the border to illegal crossing and ensure comprehensive vetting for those arriving through legal channels. His Administration will create an emergency taskforce to find the 320k missing migrant children in this country, prevent release of future unaccompanied children to family members who fail a DNA test without further investigation, and bring all US-based human traffickers to swift justice. His Administration aims to find and deport all undocumented migrants convicted of, or charged with, a violent crime, including all sex crimes.
Along with restoring safety to our streets, President Trump will protect our homeland from external threats by hardening our national electrical grid; investing in our cyber resilience; boosting our national production of food, energy, and infrastructure components; and keeping us at the forefront of artificial intelligence and quantum computing, without compromising the privacy and constitutional rights of American citizens.
The Trump Administration will dismantle the government’s domestic censorship apparatus, end the propagandizing of American citizens, remove government officials who wield intelligence or law enforcement powers against political adversaries, ban the use of provocateurs in US political gatherings and groups, conduct a nonpartisan audit of all domestic surveillance, and declassify records of past wrongdoing to ensure liberty is never so eroded in America again.

A vital part of reform of the justice department for me also includes reform of state and county and city courts, police and sheriffs.
In Texas corruption runs rampant at the county Court level. County commissioners district attorneys sheriffs and police Chiefs are all suspect.
In Harris county, Travis county, Burnet county, Hays county and Liberty county particularly are rife with corruption.
This corruption separates innocent people from their families and their money unnecessarily. Courts, Sheriff’s and police have no compunction about breaking constitutional law by beating up attacking silencing and imprisoning even elderly women over a traffic ticket.
If I am blessed by God to be part of this endeavor started by Robert Kennedy then I will focus as a main focus on cleaning up the corruption at the state county and local levels in all States.
A way that we can clean up and remove indemic corruption in our cities and counties is to
GET RID OF LOCAL POLICE.Sheriffs are the President of their county and Sheriffs are beholden to the Constitution. Police are actually policy revenue enforcement officers and the supreme Court has stated they have no net need to protect or defend the citizens. They are simply the goon squad for the monied elite and the corrupt county commissioners City councils and city courts. They are superfluous and expensive. They need to go immediately.
Then turn over county law enforcement to the Sheriff.
Another option is one in city county or state government that has a complaint against them must be reviewed and evaluated by a panel of citizen officials.
If a city county or state government official has more than one complaint against them they must immediately be removed from office with no pension and no further compensation.
Any city state or county government official has committed physical harm against a citizen when they were not in a life threatening situation must be charged with battery or whatever the injuries deemed an appropriate charge and that person must go to court and then to jail.
Any City county or state government official who has put the lives of non-violent offenders in jeopardy by way of no air conditioning in jails food poisoning inmate violence or jail guard violence must also be adjudicated and jailed.
Any City county or state judge who has complaints against them or who has lawsuits against them will immediately be removed adjudicated and jailed.
I am not playing when it comes to ridding each state of endemic corruption at the city county and state level.
If I am blessed to be part of the Trump administration Peace at home team I will work hard to highlight the corruption at the city county and State level and root it out.

While I believe there should be checks on local law enforcement, dismantling may have more unintended consequences and take away town and cities autonomy and choice for self enforcement. The general idea of putting restraints makes sense and here are a few additional options to consider.
Either abolish or place extreme limits on civil asset forfeiture. Under no circumstances should confiscated property go into the funds of any agencies involved in seizing assets from private citizens, and a more just pathway should be made for reclaiming assets seized.
Limit DHS and federal funds provided to local and state law enforcement, including decomissioned miliatary equipment. This includes funds to state police that create a defacto federal branch of law enforcement.
Restrict “knockless raids”, especially without a warrant. Arguably no raids should be taking place without a warrant.
Examining the relationship between federal powers/agencies and local/state law enforcement and declaring and controlling for conflicts of interest should be at the heart of reform. Addressing perverse incentives to any agencies, staff, or officers is critical, including any types of bonuses or quotas.
In regards to judges and the courts:
Reform child support and alimony payments that disenfranchise men. Eliminate any incentives or bonuses to judges or other staff for awarding child support. Also men who have shared custody should not also be paying child support as this creates undue and unjust financial burden on men, and arguably can be a contributing factor to crime and suicide rates. It also increases incentives for unaccountable women to split families.

You may know, but not many people know that CPS is not a government agency working to make children’s lives better and safer but in fact is a privately owned franchise much like McDonald’s or Walmart that seek to separate children from families. According to National statistics 85% of the children taken by CPS end up lost in the system or traffic to nefarious players.
CPS needs serious critical reform and to be removed from being a for-profit agency.
You are spot on with your assessment on civil asset forfeiture as those assets line the pockets and personal bank accounts of the corrupt city or county or state officials.
It is vital that no agency serving the federal government be privatized as that causes bad decisions based on shareholder results and corporate profitability.
Regarding small towns that receive military equipment in order to police their populations this should be disallowed completely.
Threat of force coercion and intimidation rises exponentially when the local police arrive at your door with a SWAT vehicle and missile launchers.
There is no need at all for the PEACE Force attending a city or county to have this type of only destructive military equipment for any reason.
The cities and counties that choose to have a PEACE Force must instead utilize them in balanced ways to simply retain the peace and not to increase city or county coffers balances by the number of peaceful residents that they can arrest and charge with perceived crimes.
REMEMBER THE SUPREME COURT SAID THE POLICE ARE NOT HERE TO PROTECT OR SERVE. The reality is that they are only in place to separate the citizens from the monied elite and to protect bad actors in city and county government from being called out or discovered.
Lastly I believe that it is necessary for judges and district attorneys and prosecutors to spend a week in jail so that they may firsthand know the experience that the convicted person will endure. Their exemplary incarceration must be done in a county different from the one they represent and their identity may not be revealed to the jailers.
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
Having worked within both the state and federal court systems, which the majority of the American public has directly dealt in at some point of their lives, I was privy to the truth behind the scenes as a lawyer.
It’s the politics, connections, power, and greed that is ruining this country. Justice has been tainted because of the behind the scenes deals made, lack of consistency in applying the laws, which has made the court system become a gamble based on luck of which judge you get.
My experiences have brought me wisdom that has allowed me to navigate through a plethora of people being able to spot those self seeking for personal gain. I can expand on this is questioned.
With our world losing morality and character as time goes on, justice will never be found without a plan to have zero tolerance for politics, connections, and favors
Most people who are known became known through their connections and favors.
So I don’t trust those everyone knows as the true leaders who will restore justice to Americans. Those who can save our country, will not be known nor will they gloat about who they know because that mentality is why Justice is becoming unachievable.

My suggestion would be to immediately create an activated team from within the DOJ’s already existing Election Crimes Branch, supported by a select team of US Marshalls to be duty-ready on Day 1, so that any reporting of election fraud in any US county arising from this recent election can be aggressively investigated before records are destroyed.
You can’t be serious eliminating all those officers. If local policing goes, these officers need to become part of Sheriff’s deputies, which by the way is a office lead by politically generated candidates for Sheriff. We can’t afford 1 less officer across this country.
ALL illegal ALIENS (they are not migrants andthey are ALL here illegally) must be deported. Those with crimes are worse off being deported than given 3 hots, a cot, medical, etc.
As I mentioned the police are not beholden to the Constitution as are Sheriffs. Police are POLICY REVENUE ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. NOT Law enforcement. So their lack of knowledge and skill cannot be absorbed by the Sheriffs.

I know plenty of city police officers. These men are skilled and they adapt into the sheriff’s department here just fine without complete retraining. You calling them unskilled only shows how few of them youactually know, and what you know about this subject in total. Please, don’t be libby with me that I wasn’t civil. I am a IT/Programmer who has worked with Federal Law enforcement in the past. I also have a long history of investigating the underlying software that is used globally to affect elections. I know the entire history from Scytl forward and I have an excellent understanding of WHAT we are looking for as proof and WHERE it is most likely to be found.
If you want to get to the bottom of this and end it. Let me and some of my colleagues get Federal Law enforcement support to get the evidence.

For instance CPS they definitely have a lot of issues that needs to be fixed. Trafficking, the monitoring of children, the agencies that hire foster parents/caretakers and codes like 300. Where they say a child has suffered, serious physical harm inflicted upon, and non accidentally which can cause substantial risk of future injury repeated inflictions of injuries on the child “abuse” means any of the following: (1) To intentionally or recklessly cause or attempt to cause bodily injury . (2) Sexual assault. (3) To place a person in reasonable apprehension of imminent serious bodily injury to that person or to another. I was told if i didn’t do certain things they would remove my kids. They also allow hearsay and remove them for petty things for instance the dentist, truancy, immunization and more. Tell me can any cause imminent serious body harm or serious physical harm. Small things like this has more harm against a child that is removed for these reasons being low income shouldn’t be a reason not be able to spoil buying the minimum is good enough instead they rather rip them away watching them cry for each other is what in the best interest… for who

You say they were the first but how when it belonged to mexica there were so many indigenous there b4 Native American way b4 the Spanish, Columbus, b4 the Aztec that mexicans and native are descendent of the only thing half got forced to colonized by Spanish did we sell some land most likely but the immigrants did rent land in Californian but basically we got tricked went to war and lost. Since you are unaware, there are large portions of the country where the Sheriff does not respond to calls for service, and indeed don’t have the ability to. Virginia, for example, has municipalities that don’t exist inside of counties. The City of Petersburg, for example, is its own separate entity and doesn’t exist inside of a county, so there is no Sheriff.
The Sheriff’s Constitutional duties are to preserve and protect the courts and the jails, as well as serve civil papers. There is not a single word about them, for example, taking a report when your car is stolen and attempting to locate/recover it. There is nothing in there that requires them to help, at all, in any way.
A better plan might be to establish some kind of national standard for law enforcement and their responses to emergencies, as well as including a duty to act to protect people from harm.
