It’s clear we need a new FEMA director as well, especially since they have displayed a systematic problem of discrimination against victims based on politics.

Sign me up as director, I may not have direct experience, but I can assure everyone I wouldnt take days to respond to a disaster and would still be there cleaning up. If i ran out of funds, I would seek it elsewhere to continue the efforts. Our government has a cancer of people that do not take responsibility, are incompetent, and/or lazy. If people cant do their job, they should be let go. Also, i dont care one bit about DEI, I only care if people can do the job or not.
Examples: Currently there is still towns that have no access to the outside since both hurricanes hit the east coast. I would have had people on the ground ready to go before the hurricanes hit.

Agree, entire agency needs closing. Pit rescue work under something where they are COMPLETELY ACCOUNTABLE TO AMERICAN VOTERS.

FEMA should be move over to HHS, because FEMA deals with the health and care of the people, therefore its should be under the observation to HHS.
