Shouldn’t, “whether or not an Agency is viable” be decided upon BEFORE appointments are made? VIVAK stated that certain Agencies should be dissolved. When would an agency be considered so corrupt, that dismantling it and creating a new one (incorporating some of the same and/or completely new principles) be best?
FIRST decide WHICH agencies survive (are kept/rebuilt/restructured) and which are dissolved. THEN clearly define the agency. FINALLY allow ELON thru DOGE to decide what is really needed within that agency to function properly in that new/old capacity.
I agree. I’m guessing in order to fully dismantle an agency he wants to ensure control is passed down to the states as efficiently as possible and it cannot be done until states have the ability to oversee, manage, and maintain order. Having a few people in key positions in these agencies even if only temporary may be helpful (dept of Ed, for example)
See! This is the stuff people like you can vocalize or should get appointed to work on. Yes! The Constitution Trumps all! This may result in a bunch of Fed Agencies being dissolved and handing more power to the States. And I get it. This might take some time.
So the states ought to be notified when the decision is being made by DOGE to push some agencies down to the state level? If so, maybe the States should be given access to this site so as to review who might be most qualified and possibly choose those still available from this forum?
If this makes sense, is this something you feel I ought to post on Site Feedback (the option to leave this forum up after Fed appointments are done so states have access to these Nominees?). A trickle down of possible Nominees to be potentials for state level appointments too? Or am I getting ahead of myself. lol.
