Put cybersecurity FIRST across all agencies especially those that contract software systems to be developed and get those agencies who are behind on the bandwagon. Ensure enforcement through audits by competent auditors.

In my opinion human future markets and surveillance capitalism are an existential threat to humanity and need to be shut down or drastically regulated immediately. Anyone who doesn’t understand the current capability or potential of AI should be a non starter.
