There is no limit to the amount of times that an individual can suggest a nomination.

There is no minimum requirement for information.

I could nominate Dr. Butt01, Dr. Butt02, ect. In every category hundreds of times per day unchecked.

Also the quality and sincerity of a nominee is diminished when there are no limits or checks.

Nominee’s should be limited to 1 individual per day by the original poster.

I agree that these profiles need to be filled out before going live. I often look through profiles to learn about people, but 90% of the time, there’s almost nothing there—just a line or two in one of the sections. It’s hard to understand who they are, and they might as well be “John Doe.”

Agreed. The form should have more required information slots.
