He has singlehandedly been a cancer on the trucking industry… you know, the very backbone of the nation that moves your food, clothes, medicine, cars, fuel and everything other important necessity?! This asshole wanted to mandate a 60mph speed limit on semi trucks. Just imagine 50 or 100 trucks in the right lane for hours, and you are trying to get off the interstate 
. Our consumer cost would have skyrocketed, road rage against truckers would be astronomical and we are already surpassing law enforcement for work related murders, 200+ truckers killed on the road since 2020. No thanks, you can shove Pete Buttplug up your own ass.

Immediately no. I live right next to the city he used to be mayor of in Indiana. He did a terrible job with the infrastructure of the city. His record there should disqualify him immediately.

He is not centered on helping the USA, as he spent taxpayer money on a campaign against so-called “racist bridges” and allowed our roads, bridges, and overall infrastructure to fall apart.
He also blamed “white men” for the East Palestine, Ohio train wreck and refused to visit East Palestine until after Trump did, at which point he quickly showed up with camera crews to tell everyone “if someone comes here looking for your votes, don’t vote for them, also vote for me in 2024.”
I’m all for unity and working with people across the aisle, but I will not vote for a man who prioritizes his political career, his image, and his status as a DEI hire over his job of HELPING THE UNITED STATES.

Absolutely not. Let’s get someone in this position who actually knows about transportation and who is willing to work with experts in other countries to improve all forms of transportation available to US citizens and/or US businesses. Whoever has this position needs to be an expert in transportation, not just a politician that looks good on paper.
