He has to be taken out of his position. With his slow response to transportation disaster, being off of work regularly, and his allowance of letting airlines become DEI runway it shows that he is not equipped for the position.

Abundant and affordable energy underlies all modern industrial economies. For too long we have allow politicians and ideologues drive energy policy in the U.S. and it’s been a disaster, with billions (if not trillions) spent on intermittent renewable sources that are not capable of sustaining our countries needs. The leader of the DOE needs to have a solid engineering background with a good understanding of economics. Pete may be a nice guy, but the response of the DOT to train derailments and supply chain turmoil has been less than robust and he lacks the vision & background to set a new course for DOE. HARD NO here.
